General Information:
We comply with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act and the Distance Contracts Act. You must be at least 18 years old and registered as a resident in Sweden to shop with us. We only deliver within Sweden.

Prices:
All prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. The price shown at the time of purchase is the one that applies. Shipping costs are displayed before you complete your order.

Minimum Order Value:
There is no minimum order value – all orders are welcome!

Shipping:
Shipping costs SEK 59 with DHL Service Point. Free shipping on orders over SEK 599. We use DHL’s eco-friendly option "Skicka Grönt". You’ll receive a text notification when your parcel is ready for pickup. Please collect it within 7 days.

Delivery Time:
We ship packages on Tuesdays and Fridays. Delivery time is normally 2–5 business days depending on your location in Sweden. Any delays will be communicated via email or SMS.

Unclaimed Packages:
DHL stores packages for 7 days only. It's important that you collect your parcel on time.
If a package is returned to us because it was not picked up, a fee from SEK 300 will be charged to cover:
- Shipping
- Return shipping
- Handling and admin costs
You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and mobile number for notifications.
Want us to resend your package?
An additional fee of SEK 150 applies. Please contact us as soon as possible if you'd like us to resend the order.

We cooperate with Svea Bank AB and offer several secure payment options. Choose what suits you best at checkout. Full terms are shown before you complete your purchase.
Invoice (Private Customers)
- 14-day payment term
- Credit check at purchase
- Invoice is transferred to Svea Bank
- Late payments incur a reminder fee and interest (20% annual + reference rate)
- Non-payment may lead to debt collection or be converted into credit with Svea

Right of Withdrawal & Returns:
You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the day you receive your item. Products must be unused. Return shipping is at your own expense. We refund within 14 days.
Unclaimed packages do not count as returns. Always collect your parcel first!

Claims & Complaints:
Damaged packages must be reported immediately upon pickup. Other issues must be reported within 5 days. Manufacturing defects can be claimed for up to 3 years under Swedish consumer law. Contact us before returning an item for a claim.

- For marketing (like newsletters), until you unsubscribe
