Handmade eco-friendly candles made of 100% olive stearin - a stearin made from olive oil, unlike "regular stearin" which is usually made from animal fat and/or palm oil. Our candles are vegan and we do not add any paraffin.

Productinformation

Our popular fluted block candles are handmade from 100% olive stearin – a plant-based alternative to traditional candle wax that often contains animal fat or palm oil. Since we do not add any paraffin, our candles are both vegan and environmentally friendly. The olive stearin we have consists of olive oil that is ECO-certified. 

The candle burns with a large, clear flame and often forms a beautiful pattern along the fluted sides when it burns down – a decorative lace pattern that makes the candle beautiful even when it is not lit. To preserve and increase the chance of the fine pattern, we recommend that the candle is not burned in a lantern or in a strong draft. How much lace pattern is formed depends on external factors such as temperature and draft.

The block candles are available in two sizes: 50 mm and 70 mm in diameter, both about 15 cm high. A certain difference in height may occur as we make them by hand. 

Made from ECOCERT-certified olive stearin for those who want to light candles with a clear conscience.

När ljuset har brunnit en stund så bildas ett fint mönster. Det ger en mycket fin effekt.
Även när ljuset inte brinner.

Brinner så fint. Och bara ljuset är fint i sig själv jag älskar verkligen ljusen från yvelis!


Info:Always burn pillars on a plate as stearin candles can overflow. In this case, extinguish the flame and shorten it when the candle has cooled down.

We use olive stearin in our candles – a vegetable stearin made from pure ECO-certified olive oil. Unlike regular stearin which often contains animal fat or palm oil, our olive stearin is completely free of both.
It is a conscious choice, both for the sake of the environment and for those who want to avoid animal ingredients. Olive stearin burns beautifully, gives beautiful candles with a hint of spice and feels better in the heart.

We ship with DHL to your nearest ServicePoint (Sweden only). DHL picks up parcels from us on Tuesdays and Fridays, so depending on when your order is placed, it may take a couple of extra days for your package to arrive.
