Handmade eco-friendly pillar candles made of 100% olive stearin. Olivestearin is made from olive oil, unlike "regular stearin" which is usually made from animal fat and/or palm oil. Our candles are vegan and we do not add any paraffin.

Productinformation

Our handmade pillar candles are made from 100% olive stearin – a plant-based, vegan and environmentally friendly alternative to traditional candle wax that often contains palm oil or animal fat. We use no additives or paraffin, and all olive stearin is ECOCERT certified for the highest possible quality. 

Each candle is unique. The round shape and casting technique mean that the surface can be crystal-like or more smooth – it depends on the temperature, the harvest and is part of the craft. When the candle burns, a beautiful spider or lace pattern is often formed, leaving a decorative shell behind. This makes the candle an atmospheric interior detail even when it is not lit. Keep in mind that you will get the very best results if the candle is lit freely in a room, without a lantern and without being in direct drafts. 

The pillar candle comes in several different sizes and lengths. This 70mm candle is available in lengths of 15cm, 20cm and 25cm and all have a long burn time thanks to the vegetable stearin and also the size of the wick for the candle.

Fantastiskt fina ljus! Lämnar ingen tjock kant kvar när de brinner ner, som alla andra jag testat. Allt brinner upp, och de är vackra.

Info:Always burn pillars on a plate as stearin candles can overflow. In this case, extinguish the flame and shorten it when the candle has cooled down.

Size:The diameter of the candle can vary by a few mm but the most common is about 67-68 mm

We use olive stearin in our candles – a vegetable stearin made from pure ECO-certified olive oil. Unlike regular stearin which often contains animal fat or palm oil, our olive stearin is completely free of both.
It is a conscious choice, both for the sake of the environment and for those who want to avoid animal ingredients. Olive stearin burns beautifully, gives beautiful candles with a hint of spice and feels better in the heart.

We ship with DHL to your nearest ServicePoint (Sweden only). DHL picks up parcels from us on Tuesdays and Fridays, so depending on when your order is placed, it may take a couple of extra days for your package to arrive.
