Payment Options – Safe & Flexible Choices via Svea Bank

All prices in our webshop are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT. In the event of price changes, the price shown at the time of your order applies.

We work with Svea Bank AB, and all payments are processed through them. You choose the payment method that suits you best at checkout.

The full and current terms and conditions from Svea Bank are always shown in the checkout before completing your purchase.

Invoice – for private customers

  • 14-day payment term
  • You must be at least 18 years old, registered in the Swedish population register, and pass a credit check
  • No active payment defaults are allowed

To pay by invoice, you must provide your personal identity number. A standard credit check is performed when you complete your order. If a credit report is retrieved, a copy will be sent to your home.

The invoice is transferred to Svea Bank AB. In case of late payment, the following applies:

  • Reminder fee according to applicable law
  • Interest on overdue payment: 20% annually + reference interest rate
  • Unpaid invoices may be handed over to collections or converted into a revolving credit with Svea

Invoice – for companies

Credit check: When applying for payment via company invoice, a standard credit check is conducted, which may involve obtaining a credit report.

Payment terms: Due date and other terms are stated on the invoice. For invoice payments, the payment must be received no later than 30 days from the invoice date. In case of late payment, a reminder fee of SEK 60 will be charged, as well as interest on overdue payment at 2% per month from the due date until full payment is received.

Assignment: All company invoices will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, corporate ID 556158-7634 (“Svea Bank”). All payments related to the invoice must be made to Svea Bank.

GDPR: When paying by company invoice, the invoice will be assigned to Svea Bank AB, and we will share the company's personal data with Svea Bank. Svea Bank is the data controller for the claims we assign to them. Part Payment (Installments)

You can split your payment by entering into a revolving credit agreement with Svea Bank AB. You choose the payment plan that suits you best directly in the checkout.

  • Interest-free installment options may be available
  • You can pay off the full amount at any time
  • A standard credit check is conducted – credit reports are sent to your home if applicable

Card Payment

Card payments are processed according to current Swedish and EU online payment regulations. We use Svea Bank/Webpay’s hosted PCI-DSS-certified card payment solution.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Funds are reserved from your account at the time of order.

All transactions are securely encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).

We do not store any card information.

We use 3D Secure, a security standard from Visa and MasterCard, to verify your identity during the purchase.
